5. ID in messengers;
6. Photo/video.
4. Purpose of personal data processing:
1. processing of an order/application for obtaining services and identification of the User;
2. processing and receiving payments, payment disputes;
3. providing the User with the ability to use the Resources;
4. providing the User with customer and technical support in the event of issues related to the use of the Resources and/or the services provided by the Operator via the Website;
5. sending advertising and news updates to the User's email address and/or mobile phone number;
6. processing of requests submitted by the User to the Operator;
7. publication on the Operator’s Website and other resources of information about the User and their review of the Operator’s services;
8. ensuring the proper functioning of the Resources;
9. providing access to the information contained on the Operator's Resources;
10. providing access to the GetCourse platform.
5. The following actions will be performed with personal data during processing: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
6. To achieve the purposes of data processing, the Operator entrusts the processing of the provided personal data to the categories of third parties listed below. I hereby consent to the transfer of my personal data to these third parties.
1. mobile network operators;
2. social media owners
3. owners of messaging services
4. specialized platforms for distributing promotional offers;
5. GetCourse platform.
7. The Operator processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. I agree to consider any of the following actions, taken individually or collectively, as a simple electronic signature for the purposes of consent and the Privacy Policy:
1. by placing a checkmark (or other symbol) in the checkbox next to the text: "I consent to the processing of my personal data," or
2. my clicking on the interface element labeled “Pay,” or
3. payment for the Operator’s services, or
4. Directions in response to the documents provided for review, confirming that I have read the Privacy Policy and give my consent to the processing of personal data, as well as to the terms of the Operator’s public offer.
9. The consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn.
I have the right to withdraw my consent by sending the Operator a statement in the form of an electronic document via email:

The operator shall cease processing personal data within 10 business days of receiving the request, except in cases where data processing is required by law.
