Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal and contractual capacity, I hereby give my consent to MCGAPROD LTD (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or the "Contractor") to receive informational and marketing materials (including newsletters) by the following means:
●  by email;
●  by mobile phone number (SMS/messengers, including WhatsApp and Telegram);
●  via social media and specialized online platforms used by the Company.

Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 13 ePrivacy Directive, Law 112(I)/2004 of the Republic of Cyprus).

I understand that:
●  My consent is given voluntarily and can be withdrawn at any time via the “unsubscribe” link.
●  Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
●  The company undertakes not to share my contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without my separate consent.
 
1.  Consent is given to receive promotional mailings, which may include:
(1)  information about the Contractor’s activities, services, and products;
(2)  information about discounts and special offers, promotions, bonus and other programs of the Contractor;
(3)  information about the Contractor’s news and service changes;
(4)  announcements and invitations to events;
(5)  Collections of useful materials and recommendations.

2.  I agree to consider as my simple electronic signature one or more of the following actions performed by me as confirmation of my consent:
(1)  placing a mark in the checkbox (input field) next to the text: "I consent to receiving promotional mailings," or
(2)  directions in response to the documents provided for review as confirmation that I am familiar with the terms of consent and the public offer of the Contractor.

3.  The consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn.

4.  I have the right to withdraw my consent by:
(1)  Sending a request to the Contractor in free form by email mcgaprodmv@gmail.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe from promotional mailings." The Contractor will stop sending promotional messages within 3 business days from the date the request is received.
(2)  unsubscribing from the mailing list independently by clicking the unsubscribe link.
